WARSAW

Delighting Kosciusko County Residents, One Home at a TIme.

Warsaw's Title Company

Indiana is the Crossroads of America and Kosciusko County is located smack dab in the center of the crossroads. And, Warsaw just so happens to be the county’s seat. The “Lake City” is quite the playground for boating, fishing and other watersport enthusiasts. Only four of its seventeen townships do not have lakes!

Unbeknownst to many, Warsaw is a leader in the life sciences industry ranked as the 12th largest regional employer in medical devices and equipment in the United States. Dubbed “The Orthopedic Capital of the World” area residents take much pride in this well-deserved status.

The area is also home to the fourth strongest agricultural economy in Indiana (including the largest soybean processing and biodiesel plant in the United States), the world’s largest manufacturer of projection screens, and home to one of the largest rotogravure printers in North America.

Long-time residents and newcomers alike enjoy the work/life balance Warsaw has to offer. With its relatively low cost of living, proximity to big cities, great outdoor recreation, excellent school system, and overall feel-good, easygoing manner Warsaw, Indiana is a great place to live, do business and play.

It’s an honor to be Warsaw’s Title Company.
