In the beginning, the Saint Joseph valley was occupied by the Miami, the Potawatomi, and fur traders. As trade slowly began to flourish, so did the surrounding areas. Then in 1842, something big happened. Father Edward Sorin founded the University of Notre Dame just north of South Bend and the entire region’s economy and culture changed.

Just as some things change, other things remain the same, including the fact that Metropolitan Title is here to serve this community, its residents, and its businesses. We are proud to be a part of this region, with our company headquarters in Mishawaka, and we are proud to operate as Northern Indiana’s Title Company.
