LOGANSPORT

Delighting Cass County Residents, One Home at a Time.

Logansport's Title Company

There are several stories regarding Captain Logan, the man for which the county seat of Cass County was named. Our favorite is the legend that tells of Captain Logan bravely serving as a scout in the US Cavalry during the war of 1812. After heroically losing his life in battle on the banks of the Maumee River, General William Henry Harrison was prompted to rename the settlement “Logan’s Port” in his honor.

Much of what is known about Captain Logan has been lost in the fog of time. But this much is known: Metropolitan Title faithfully serves the residents and businesses of this area, named for a hero whose reputation was built on service. We can think of no better way to honor the tradition of this area better than continuing to serve as Logansport’s Title Company.
